DKP & Associates, Inc. is an internationally recognized contact center and training consulting firm specializing in call center programs. For over twelve years, DKP has worked with a wide variety of clients in the call center coordination, planning and execution of inbound and outbound programs, call center improvements for in-house and outsourced ventures to both businesses and consumers.
Deborah E. Pearlman and Kathy Kantner formed DKP in 1991 to assist clients in improving their call center programs. Our professional staffs of Account Managers and Sub-contractors are chosen for each project based on their areas of expertise.
