Deborah E. Pearlman

Deborah E. Pearlman, President and CEO, is the founder and one of the principals of DKP and is a recognized leader in the call center industry. Her combined 25 years of direct marketing and call center industry expertise makes her uniquely qualified to identify areas of opportunity and improve profitability for direct response programs. She has extensive experience in strategic business planning, tactical implementation and contact center sales management in the insurance, financial and publishing industries.

Kathy Kantner

Kathy Kantner, Managing Partner, is also a principal of DKP. She brings extensive strategic business development and business management expertise to each project. Her experience ranges from small entrepreneurial businesses to large Fortune 100 companies in diverse fields including direct healthcare, insurance and business services among others. Kathy's strategic insight and tactical execution in these markets has benefited our clients with increased sales and profitability. She has also been instrumental in the development and implementation of successful sales, customer service and supervisory training programs for diverse industries from health care to high technology.
